We are legally obligated to state publicly that the views expressed here on this website, from any other social media platform or news media platform, or from us directly are our personal opinions and beliefs. The views and opinions of one member may not reflect those of another. We offer views and opinions on certain topics considered to be Fortune Telling by the laws of several states within the USA and possibly other countries. In the State of Oklahoma, in which we reside, and in which our ministry, Universal Harmony Group Inc., is incorporated, we are legally bound to tell you that our views are for entertainment purposes only. Any point of view developed by any person engaging directly with us, our any content, or any services that we offer do so of their own free will. We do not assume any responsibility for the views or actions of participants.

Universal Harmony Group has a focus on holistic health and wellness. We are not medical practitioners. We do not offer medical services of any sort. We do not diagnose any physical or psychiatric medical conditions. If you feel you are in need of medical treatment, or as having a medical emergency or crisis, please consult with a medical professional, dial 911 or 988 for the Mental Health Crisis Line.

Reverends Haden and Denise Epperson are ordained though Universal Life Church in Modesto, California. Universal Harmony Group Inc. has no direct affiliation with Universal Life Church, and operate independently, though we do identify with their tenets of faith.

Our belief is to treat everyone with the respect and compassion they deserve. We strive daily to uplift those in our community who seek help and guidance. As ministry leaders, we often serve as a first point of contact for individuals seeking support, whether or not they are church members. We do offer Pastoral Counseling. The scope of counseling focuses on issues related to faith, spirituality, and ethical dilemmas, but can also address emotional and relational challenges. We do not have formal counseling training, and do not offer therapy. We do undertake ongoing studies in coaching and guidance and have become Certified Professional and Spiritual Life Coaches. Life coaches study to develop skills in listening, empathy, and providing guidance based on their faith and experience.

We take your privacy seriously. We recognize the gravity and importance of clergy-penitent privilege. “A person has a privilege to refuse to disclose and to prevent another from disclosing his confidential communication made to a clergyman acting in his professional capacity”. 12 Okla. Stat. § 2505(B). Exceptions to the clergy-penitent privilege are as follows: “Every person” must report suspected child abuse, and “[n]o privilege or contract shall relieve any person from the requirement of reporting.” Okla. Stat. 10A § 1-2-101(B)(1); (B)(3). and “Any person having reasonable cause to believe that a vulnerable adult is suffering from abuse, neglect, or exploitation shall make a report .” Okla. Stat. § 43A-10-104(A)(1).

Universal Harmony Group Inc. is a nonprofit spiritual ministry dedicated to empowerment, education, and inclusive community outreach. As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and integrity, we want to clarify how our ministry is supported and structured.

We have official 501(c)(3) tax exempt staus. Please contact us if you would like a receipt for your donation.

Our board members and founders operate several small businesses that directly and indirectly support our nonprofit work. These businesses are:

• Kreep Faktory LLC (Oklahoma) Operated by Ellen Epperson

• Strange Eden LLC (Oklahoma) Operated by Ellen Epperson

• Strange Eden Productions (Oklahoma) Merged with Strange Eden LLC, now operates as DBA

• Harmony Massage and Bodywork LLC (Daytona Beach, Florida) – operated by board member Heather Williams LMT

• Hand of Glory Productions – operated by Haden Epperson (DBA in progress)

These businesses help fund our operations, produce ministry materials, and support outreach efforts. Any proceeds from products or services that go toward the ministry are disclosed in our financial documentation.
